Jim is the library liaison for the School of Music and the Brind School of Theater Arts. Jim provides reference services to patrons in Greenfield Library, and manages collection development of music and musical theater materials. He is available for tours of Greenfield Library as well as in-class presentations on library use, which can be tailored to specific class needs or an overview of library resources and research methods. Jim oversees the circulation desk and is happy to help anyone in the UArts community access their UArts Libraries.

Laura develops and manages the University Archives and Special Collections including rare books, and digital images. She also provides orientation and reference assistance to faculty and to students who use the collections for classroom presentations. Laura is the library liaison for Art History.

Jenny designs and delivers customized information literacy lessons for any UArts course. Some potential topics include: research with library databases & resources, accessing scholarly sources, evaluating online sources, copyright, fair use & avoiding plagiarism, and analyzing primary sources. Jenny is open to any and all lesson requests and looks forward to collaborating with faculty to meet their students’ information needs. When she’s not working with classes, Jenny can be found at UArts Libraries happily assisting students, faculty and staff, answering questions and helping with research, material selection, checkout and more!

Justin is responsible for organizing all library materials so that students, faculty, and staff can find them. He supervises the functions and activities of the University Libraries' Technical Services Department, which maintains the online catalog and gets new materials ready to be checked out. Justin also works to make sure our online holdings are up to date and accessible.
