Putting Images on Course Reserve //

How to Put Slides on Reserve

Pull the slides you wish to put on reserve and place them in the desired order in a carousel.

Provide at least two copies of a list of slides in the carousel. This list should include at least the artist and title.

One copy of the list will be taped to the cover of the slide carousel's box and the other will be kept in the University Archives and Special Collections.

The carousels will be available for viewing in Visual Resources during our open hours.

Students may reserve time slots to view the slides with the Visual Resources staff.

To allow all students to have the opportunity to view the images, time slots are divided by one-hour increments.

Image Reserve Web Pages

To have an image reserve web page created for you, you first need to decide which images you would like to show well in advance. This will allow us time to scan those images we do not already have.

Next you will need to make a list of images and information you want included on your web pages, including the course number and the date of the examination.

When the pages are ready, they will be available through the University Archives and Special Collections in ARTstor.
