COPIERS //

The Music Library (Merriam Theater) has a color scanner attached to a color printer. All public computers in the Music Library print to this printer. Instructions for printing from a laptop can be found on the Printing FAQs for Students document. The Music Library printer is named M3-LIBR-C01, and can be found in Self Service under the “Printers-Merriam-Offices” category.

Scanners can send digital versions of documents to UArts email accounts for free. Please note: only UArts email accounts can be used. The option of saving files to a USB drive for free is also available. Materials can be saved as a TIFF, PDF, searchable PDF, PNG, or Word file.

Students can log into campus copiers with their UArts username and password. Each student on campus is given an annual allowance for copying; please visit Print Service's Campus Copiers/Printers webpage for more information.

Faculty and staff UArts credentials will be linked and charged to their departments. For further information, please visit the Campus Copiers/Printers webpage.

The cost of campus copying for current students, faculty, and staff is set by Print Services, and can be found here.

Alumni, visitors, and members can ask for assistance at the Circulation Desk in making copies. The cost is 10¢ single-sided/20¢ double-sided for black & white copies, or 25¢ single-sided/50¢ double-sided for color copies. Scanning to a USB drive is an additional option and free to use.
