BORROWING FOR ALUMNI //

Alumni library privileges are for borrowing and access. Alumni may use subscription databases (i.e., anything that requires a log-in) in the library but will not be able to access them from off-campus. Alumni with an alumni ID (see below) may enter the library any time it's open. See library hours.

Alumni who meet the following criteria may take advantage of library privileges:

  • Must have a UArts alumni ID card
    • If you don't have an alumni ID, contact the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations at 215-717-6149 or see http://www.uarts.edu/alumni/benefits for more information on how to obtain an alumni ID.
  • Must have returned all materials and paid all fines

Alumni are not eligible for interlibrary loan services.

Museum passes and circulating posters cannot be borrowed by alumni.

Alumni must keep their library account up-to-date by keeping on file:
  • Current personal non-UArts email address
  • Current mailing address
  • Current cell phone number

Please note: Library staff may contact alumni via text regarding delinquent accounts.

To get a jump start on updating your library account, you may print an Alumni Membership Application and bring the completed form with you on your first visit as an alumni.
